James C. Holland is Professor of History at Shepherd College in Shepherdstown, West Virginia.

Jeffrey A. Leach, who holds a Master of Arts degree in philosophy from the University of Virginia, won first place in the 1992 Acton Institute essay contest.

Ronald Nash is Professor of Philosophy of Religion at Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida.

Edmund Opitz, a Congregationalist minister, is contributing editor of the Freeman magazine and widely published author.

Robert A. Sirico, CSP, a Catholic priest, is President of the Acton Institute for the Study of Religion and Liberty.

Harry Veryser is an entrepreneur and Professor of Economics at Walsh College in Troy, Michigan.
